Custom Solutions
e-Dialog recognized companies have different database structures and different marketing goals. What works for one company many not work for another. In response to this we feel strongly about offering custom solutions – adapting our tools to fit the marketers’ needs and not asking our customers to confirm to a cookie cutter solution. Examples of customer solutions include the development of a custom Content Collection Interface (CCI, and adapted, customized version of our Campaign Builder self-service tool, and specialized conversion and Web tracking.
