Job Description
We currently seek a hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to be based out of our location North of Boston, Massachusetts. If you are looking for a very entrepreneurial, fast-paced, environment, which undergoes continuous change due to the dynamic nature and growth of the business, you are in luck!
As a member of the executive team and reporting to the CFO/CEO, this person will be a key contributor to the success of the company. The person we seek is a high-energy senior level professional capable of designing strategic initiatives that align with the organizational goals and business objectives.
Position Details:

Position Details:
Employee relations, communications, policies and procedures
Performance management and organization development
Recruitment strategy, retention programs and succession planning
Employee benefits and compensation plans
Legal compliance (HR record keeping, AA, EEOC) and safety programs
Position Experience:
10+ years of HR Generalist experience with a minimum of 3 years operating as a senior level HR professional as a strategic business partner to the executive team
Masters degree in Human Resource Management, S/PHR Certification preferred
Experience managing high performing teams
The ability to travel (20%) on a regular basis, sometimes with short notice
Advanced writing and communication skills and an ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience with mergers, acquisitions and culture integration issues
High technology, interactive media industry experience strongly preferred
Must have experience managing multiple locations
