Job Description

Position Details:


Reporting to the Corporate Controller you will oversee Daily Operations of Accounting Areas A/P and Payroll
Pronounced experience with the Month End Close process: overseeing journal entries, balance sheet and G/L reconciliations
Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to accounting
Interface with external auditors for prompt and successful completion of Annual Audit and Quarterly review
Continuous improvement of process to improve systems
Work with the Controller and the finance team in timely preparation of financial statements and analysis
Strong Analytic/Problem Solving abilities while meeting deadlines
Reconciliation of monthly inter-company account
Coordinate with staff for cash requirement across the organization
Financial projects and reports as assigned by the Controller

Position Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
A minimum of five years of related accounting experience
High Tech Industry preferred
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Peoplesoft accounting software preferred
