Position Details:


Main responsibility is to oversee the General Ledger
Prepare consolidated account reconciliations
Reconcile cash accounts daily, foreign/domestic
Prepare Journal Entries for Month End Close
Prepare schedules for quarterly review by external auditors
Prepare analyses/schedules for annual audit
Assist in compilation of Intercompany Audit, monthly
Assist in preparation of financials and various analyses

Position Experience:


Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required
5+ years of previous accounting experience
Ability to multi-task while operating in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work professionally, independently and work in team environment
Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail while contributing to team objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
System Conversion experience a PLUS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Peoplesoft Experience a PLUS
